We're looking for a motivated Placement Consultant to join our growing team.

Location: WFH (Return to Office once a week)

Employment Type: Full-time (Freelance)

Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employer enquiries from Social Media Funnel on the company’s platform.

• Understand each employer's requirements and recommend suitable candidates from our proprietary AI database.

• Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their suitability.

• Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates.

• Achieve monthly placement and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Must Have

• Must posses Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) (Basic) license or be keen to undergo training for the license quickly

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to understand employer requirements and match suitable candidates.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

•Must be a Singaporean.

Good to Have

• Experience working in an employment agency.

• Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems.
