Recruiting Team
- Establish PERI as a reliable and high-quality supplier for formwork, shoring and scaffolding systems
- Consistently achieve annual sales turnover target through focused sales execution
- Identifying new potential PERI customers and establish long term relationship
- Develop, maintain and grow turnovers from existing customers
- Develop and maintain a project pipeline for your geographical area of responsibility
- Analyze construction drawings and develop tailored formwork concepts using PERI products during client consultations
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers
- Strong relationship building with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Sales, Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- 2 - 5 years of proven sales and technical experience in construction or related industries (Formwork / Scaffolding preferred)
- Good understanding of scaffolding and formwork systems, their applications, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
- Strong understanding of CAD drawings, concrete applications, and the rental market
- Experienced in CRM applications and data-driven sales management
- Experience working with contractors, developers, or construction sites is highly valued
- Skilled in cost optimization, price management, and business development
- Extensive network within the construction industry
