全职 Head of Quality Control (QC) Jobs, in KPN Corp Johor Bahru - Ricebowl

• Lead and manage the Quality Control team to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans.
• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and other departments to improve product quality.
• Prepare quality reports, KPIs, and support internal and external audits.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Quality Control experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Heavy Industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QC processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
