Job Description

Responsibilities

Location: E-Centre, 3791 Jalan Bukit Merah Singapore 159471

Working Hours: 10am - 6pm

Salary: $2000 - $3000

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, interview, and match suitable candidates to meet clients' recruitment requirements.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and provide briefings on job roles, company expectations, and interview processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through regular communication and support.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned employees, serving as their primary point of contact for work-related enquiries, attendance matters, and operational support.
  • Coordinate and ensure fulfilment of manpower requirements for assigned clients, including arranging suitable replacements where necessary.
  • Provide timely support to assigned employees outside regular office hours when operational issues arise, where required by business needs.
  • Liaise with clients to address manpower requirements, operational matters, and service-related enquiries professionally.
  • Assist with on-site shift facilitation, staff deployment, and operational support to ensure service commitments are met.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of recruitment activities, employee documentation, and client communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and quality procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and operational processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and Singapore employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to manage operational issues calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful, resilient, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates persistence, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership in achieving recruitment and fulfilment targets.
  • Comfortable supporting operational matters outside regular office hours when required by business needs.
  • Willing to assist with on-site operational duties and shift facilitation to ensure manpower fulfilment and service continuity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
