Job Responsibilities :

· Lead and oversee a team of all retail sales promoters in your assigned area to meet operational and sales targets.

· Ensuring our products are displayed prominently in the outlets as per management directive.

· To monitor and ensure stock inventory is always available and sufficient to achieve the sales target.

· Checking and ensuring that the monthly & daily sales reports and claims of the promoters in your area are correct.

· Checking the attendance of the promoters be punctual work on time.

· Enhance customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging shopping atmosphere.

· Conduct staff training, continuous coaching, and performance evaluations and guiding new promoters.

· Reporting on sales promotion, competitors’ activities and sales promoters’ performance.

· Promoting and selling in specific outlets when required.

· Performing any other duties as instructed by the management/Manager.

Job Requirements：

· SPM/Diploma, minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in sales preferably in Consumer goods / apparel.

· Possess good working attitude, independent, strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities able to work under pressure, multi-tasking

· Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and standard retail hours

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English. The ability to converse in dialect, mandarin is an added advantage.

· Prior customer service experience is a plus

· Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with people

· Good product handling skills
