The Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC) / Bulan Sabit Merah Malaysia (BSMM) is looking for a proactive and dedicated Organisational Development (OD) Officer to join our team at the National Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of one of Malaysia's leading humanitarian organisations by supporting key portfolios in Youth Management, Volunteer Management, and National Society Development.

What You'll Do

As an OD Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Organisational Development Department by:

• Managing day-to-day administrative and VMS operations.
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and official travel arrangements.
• Maintaining accurate records, databases and documentation.
• Preparing reports, presentations and official correspondence.
• Supporting departmental projects and organisational initiatives.
• Assisting with procurement, invoices and administrative processes.
• Working closely with internal teams, volunteers and external stakeholders.
• Providing effective administrative support to strengthen organisational development.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in administrative or office management roles (experience in NGOs is an added advantage).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
