Elabram Systems Hiring! Full Time Property Expansion Coordinator in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

Job Scope:

• Identify potential new locations for business expansion (e.g. warehouses, retail shop lots, offices)
• Conduct site assessments on suitability, accessibility, cost, and compliance requirements
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate property rentals, purchases, and lease renewals
• Coordinate internal site approval proposals, including location analysis and financial justification
• Liaise with landlords, agents, and legal teams on tenancy agreement and contractual matters
• Ensure timely execution of lease documents and compliance with local authority regulations
• Track and manage lease records including renewal timelines, handovers, and terminations
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams during site renovations, fit-outs, and readiness inspections
• Maintain updated property master list, floor plans, rental info, and cost tracking

Requirements:

• Willing to learn and adapt to new process
• Have good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written)
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Maps
• Willing to travel for site visits and relocation projects as needed
• Able to work independently, manage multiple sites, and meet tight timeline
• Experience in property acquisition/ real estate would be a plus

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
