Job Description / 职位描述:

Join the Lol Soon Kee team! We serve traditional Cantonese Tong Sui in a modern environment. We are looking for passionate individuals to grow with us. 加入 啰信记 团队！我们在现代化的环境下提供传统正宗的粤式糖水。我们正在寻找有活力的伙伴与公司一同成长 。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:

Greet customers and seat them accordingly. (接待顾客并安排入座)

Handle Customer inquiry in a friendly and confident manner (以亲切且自信的态度处理客户咨询)

Maintain 5-star hygiene standards and perform cleaning duties floor, and service areas at all times. 保持五星级卫生标准并执行清洁任务 。

Present menus and provide detailed information about dessert, including speciality and recommendation. (呈递菜单并详细介绍甜点，包括特色产品及推荐)

Ensure all equipment’s are functioning properly before and during operations. (确保所有设备在运营前及运营期间正常运作)

Assist customers with orders and operate the POS/Cashier system. 协助客户点餐并操作收银系统 。

Requirements / 职位要求:

Non-Halal / 非清真: We serve pork products (e.g., our signature Pork Chop Bun). 本店提供猪肉产品（如：招牌猪扒包）。

Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service. (性格开朗，致力于卓越的客户服务)

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. (注重实干、细节导向、且乐于学习)

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays + OT Provided. 能够配合轮班，并在周末及公共假期工作 + 加班 。

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and teamwork with other members. (能在快节奏的环境下工作，并具备团队协作精神)

Language / 语言: Converse in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese. 能以英语、华语或粤语交流 。

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
