Job Description
- Drive operational excellence and innovation by reviewing processes to identify potential areas of improvement to optimize quality, efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points and align on objectives and considerations
- Analyse data to derive actionable insights and guide decision making
- Monitor key performance metrics and indicators in conjunction with internal stakeholders to ensure governance and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimisation and process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships across different teams
- Ability to learn quickly, and manage multiple projects effectively
- Minimum one year working experience is preferred, candidates who are willing to learn are welcome to apply
