Role Overview

TradeInt is a global trade intelligence and data platform serving traders, manufacturers, financial institutions, and logistics companies.

We are looking for a PR & Digital Marketing Associate to support brand visibility, industry outreach, andprofessional engagement across global markets. The role focuses on LinkedIn outreach, PR exposure, digital campaigns, and professional network development within the international trade ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. PR & Brand Exposure

• Support PR initiatives to increase visibility of TradeInt across media, industry communities, and professional networks
• Draft press releases, announcements, and company updates
• Identify and reach out to media outlets, trade associations, and industry publications
• Assist in preparing materials for partnership announcements and collaborations

2. LinkedIn Outreach & Network Development

• Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting:

• Importers & exporters

  Trade finance professionals

  Logistics providers

  Supply chain executives

• Research and identify relevant professionals for engagement
• Send personalized outreach messages and manage follow-ups
• Support lead qualification and CRM logging

3. Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with content distribution across LinkedIn and other platforms
• Create simple visual assets using Canva
• Support campaigns related to:

• Product announcements

  Data insights

  Industry reports

• Track engagement metrics and report campaign performance

4. Event & Community Engagement

• Assist with organizing:

• Online webinars

  Industry networking events

  Professional roundtables

• Coordinate invitations and outreach to participants
• Support post-event follow-up communications

5. CRM & Data Management

• Use HubSpot or CRM tools to:

• Track contacts and outreach activities

  Maintain contact databases

  Record campaign interactions

• Ensure outreach pipelines remain organized and updated

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to engage professionally with international audiences
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and professional networking
• Basic marketing design ability using Canva
• Experience with HubSpot or CRM tools

Languages

Proficiency in Spanish and French is a plus, as the role involves supporting business development in the Spanish and French market.
