Our client is an established firm in the housing construction industry. They are looking for BIM Coordinator to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules and requirements.
• Review project specifications and coordinate design development to meet client and project objectives.
• Prepare and coordinate authority submissions, contract documentation, and project deliverables.
• Attend project coordination, site, and client meetings, providing technical support where required.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Apply BIM methodologies throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
• Perform clash detection, monitor design coordination issues, and work with the project team to resolve clashes promptly.
• Manage the exchange and coordination of BIM models among consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
• Track drawing submissions and ensure milestones are achieved within the project timeline.
• Support the project team in managing RFIs and preparing BIM-related presentations and reports.
• Maintain accurate BIM documentation, including clash detection reports and coordination records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3-5 years experience in Construction / Building / Engineering industry
• Experience in BIM coordination or project coordination within the construction industry.
• Proficient in BIM software such as VDC, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with BIM workflows, clash detection, and model coordination processes.
• Good understanding of local building regulations and authority submission procedures is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
