Job Responsibilities

• Managing all cooking tasks and ensuring food quality and consistency
• Following the assigned work schedule (6 days per week, 11.5 hours per day)
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Adhering to food safety regulations and operational procedures
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates in Culinary Arts are encouraged to apply
• Willingness to work full-time (10:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., 6 days per week)
• Possession of a valid food handling certificate and Typhoid vaccination (or willingness to obtain before joining; costs claimable)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• T-shirt, cap, and apron provided; candidates must supply their own kitchen safety shoes

Working Hours

• 6 Working days / Week
• 1030am - 10pm (One shift only)
• 1.5hrs break a day

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
