Role Description

The Digital Marketing Intern will support day-to-day campaign execution and content development across multiple online platforms. This contract, on-site role is based in Petaling Jaya and involves assisting with social media posting, basic copywriting, and simple visual content coordination. The intern will help monitor campaign performance, compile reports using web analytics tools, and conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and external-facing content.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya and collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and basic reporting tools is an advantage.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
