The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a global leader in semiconductor assembly and advanced packaging equipment is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Manager. This senior individual contributor role offers global ownership of export control, sanctions, trade governance, and master data compliance, with high visibility across the business.

• Work location: West
• Work hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm

The Job:

• Lead and continuously enhance global export control and trade compliance governance.
• Act as a global SME and trusted advisor on export controls, sanctions, and regulatory risks.
• Monitor and interpret EAR, ITAR, OFAC, EU Dual-Use, and key APAC trade regulations.
• Own global product classification, ECCN, HS codes, COO, licensing, and end-use assessments.
• Drive export-related master data governance and data integrity across SAP GTS and PLM systems.
• Lead compliance audits, investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action initiatives.
• Drive global process improvements and influence senior stakeholders across business functions.

The Talent:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in export control or global trade compliance.
• Deep knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC, sanctions, licensing, and strategic trade controls.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, high-tech, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong experience with SAP GTS, trade compliance systems, master data, and preferably PLM.
• Proven ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to independently build and improve compliance frameworks.
