Job Summary

HFC TECH SDN BHD is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in mechanical design, project execution, maintenance, and engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Prepare engineering drawings, technical documentation, and reports.
• Support project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.
• Conduct site inspections and technical evaluations when required.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments on engineering matters.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering calculations.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering design software.
• Understanding of manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
