Responsibilities
Facilities Technician (Multi-Skilled)
Location: Raffles Place (Above Raffles Place MRT)
Salary: $2,500 – $2,700
Work Schedule:
5.5 Days Work Week
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Job Responsibilities
Carry out basic building maintenance, repair, and electrical works
Perform general handyman duties as required
Ensure facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition
Attend to ad-hoc repair requests within the premises
Requirements
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and electrical works
Hands-on and able to perform repair tasks independently
Responsible and proactive with a good work attitude
