Responsibilities
Location: Toa Payoh
Contract Period: 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4.30pm
Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm
Job scope:
Provide audio, visual, and media support for school-wide events and activities
Create and edit multimedia content, such as videos
Conduct hands-on training and guidance for staff and students
Liaise with stakeholders on equipment installation, servicing, repairs, and procurement
Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting assistance
Facilitate the loan and return process of AV equipment, including proper documentations
Conduct routine housekeeping, and maintenance of equipment to ensure functionality
Monitor and update equipment status records
Perform any other ad-hoc duties
Job requirements:
Minimum GCE 'N' Level
Minimum 1 year of relevant AV experience in school
