Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Preferably an ex-auditor with solid exposure to statutory audits and accounting practices.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, with proven ability to finalise accounts independently.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS and practical application of accounting standards.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with clients confidently.
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Finalise full sets of accounts independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle client engagements directly, providing professional accounting support and solutions.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with MFRS and applicable standards.
- Manage month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting timelines.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies when required.
- Identify process improvements and maintain strong internal controls.
- Support management with clear financial insights for decision-making.
