About the Role

We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to support our in-house marketing and marketing campaign execution.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in in-house marketing. Support content planning and posting (social media, campaigns, promotions), & assist with marketing materials preparation (presentation decks, brochures, service summaries).

• Project coordination & management support. Coordinate tasks among internal teams and external partners, track timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress, & assist in monitoring campaign results and reporting outcomes.

• Promote our services. Support lead generation activities and service promotion across digital channels, help prepare outreach content (email templates, event promotion copy, campaign messages).

• Organize networking events. Assist in event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up, coordinate with vendors/partners (venues, printing, AV, registration, etc.), & support attendee communication, scheduling, and event content arrangement.

• Support AI-driven marketing. Use AI tools to assist with content ideation, copywriting support, and campaign optimization (within internal guidelines), & assist with basic campaign analytics and performance review.

What we're looking for

• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and modern marketing tools (including AI).

• Basic knowledge of Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok—depending on your focus), & Content formats (short video, carousel, poster, basic copywriting).

• Familiarity with AI tools for content/ideation is preferred (e.g., AI-assisted copywriting, brainstorming, simple content workflows).

• Good communication skills in English and/or Cantonese.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.

• Willing to support events (including occasional evening/weekend work if required).

• Fresh graduates are welcome. Relevant internship experience is a plus.

• Immediate availability is an advantage.
