Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies and root causes of inventory issues
• Develop and implement best practices for inventory management and quality control
• Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to improve inventory management processes
• Prepare and submit detailed inventory reports – provide key data to management
• Train and guide warehouse staff to ensure adherence to inventory control procedures
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with inventory management software and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented – able to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment

Nice to Have (Advantages)

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
