The Role
A hands-on design role where your expertise will directly shape how users interact with data, reporting, and AI-powered tools.
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and interaction models for data-driven solutions
- Build mid- to high-fidelity Figma prototypes to support usability testing and stakeholder alignment
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, building scalable, reusable components
- Translate complex technical and data requirements into clear, user-centred design concepts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and business teams throughout delivery
- Drive UX strategy for analytics and AI products, grounded in research and business goals
A strong portfolio and a sharp eye for detail will set you apart.
- At least 6 years' experience in product, UX/UI, or digital experience design
- Proven track record designing analytics dashboards, data visualisation, or AI-driven products
- Figma expertise, including component libraries, prototyping, and developer handoff
- Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Open to project-based contract work
