We are looking for School Canteen Kitchen Assistant – Mee Toh Primary School

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Assistant to support Chicken Rice Stall in Mee Toh School

This role is ideal for retirees, homemakers, or anyone looking to keep active and productive in the mornings with light kitchen duties in a school environment.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• School days only
• No work on weekends, public holidays, or school holidays (no pay also)

Job Responsibilities

• Serve food to students
• Assist with basic food preparation
• Refill food and supplies when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and serving area
• Wash utensils and kitchen equipment
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties (if necessary)

Requirements

• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required

Food Hygiene Certification

All food handlers are required to complete the Food Safety Course Level 1 (Basic Food Hygiene Course).

If you do not already have the certification, you may use your SkillsFuture credits to subsidise the course fees.
