Be Part of a Team Driving Procurement Excellence

This position reports to the Section Manager (Procurement) and Assistant Vice President (Procurement), and works closely with procurement staff, user departments, and external suppliers. As part of the Central Procurement Support team within PSA Singapore's Procurement Division, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of procurement operations and supporting procurement executives in aligning sourcing strategies with business objectives. This role offers exposure to a dynamic environment where collaboration and innovation are valued. Beyond day-to-day tender support, you will have opportunities to contribute to process improvement projects which strive to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement workflows – providing a platform to learn and grow within a forward-looking team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and tender-related documents.
  • Engage and guide suppliers on tender participation procedures and quote submissions.
  • Support lead officers on the management of RFQ/tender clarifications and negotiation meetings.
  • Handle administrative follow-ups and documentation upon contract conclusion.

Requirements:

  • GCE A-Levels / Diploma in any discipline, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or related functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Meticulous, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills will be an added advantage
