Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar tools;
• Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
• Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency;
• Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements;
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including, but not limited to:
• Solution Design Document
• Configuration & Environment Details
• Security & Compliance Documentation
• Deployment Guide
• Maintenance & Support Guide
• User Guide

• Training Material

• Testing & Validation Report

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with MOT’s ICT security and data governance policies.
• Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

• Experience and Skill(s) Needed

• ·      Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.

• ·      At least 2 years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on low-code/no-code platforms.

• ·      Configure and administer low-code platforms, managing workflows, rules engines, process logic, data validation, and UI components.

• ·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• ·      Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently.

• Desirable Skill(s)

• ·      Relevant certifications in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).

• ·      Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps).

• ·      Familiar with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

• ·      Proficient in Git and experienced in agile methodologies (Scrum, TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration).

• ·      Knowledge of web technologies(HTML, CSS, JavaScript), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and API integrations with enterprise systems.
