Job Summary

Support and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies by conducting safety inspections to ensure compliance with organisational and statutory requirements across office and project sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections across office premises and project sites to identify non-compliance with organisational standards and statutory WSH requirements
• Apply strong working knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health Act and relevant Codes of Practice to assess and enforce safety standards
• Coordinate WSH activities and support ISO 45001 audits to maintain compliance and improve workplace safety
• Utilize experience from LTA and SP Group-related projects to manage safety risks effectively in relevant environments

Required competencies and certifications

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience as a WSH Coordinator, including exposure to ISO 45001 audits
• Minimum two (2) years of hands-on experience in LTA and SP Group-related projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant SP Group safety certifications (e.g., Safety@SPPG)
• Additional safety-related certifications
