任职资格

  • Minimum two years galley steward experience in 5 star hotel or one years cruise ship 

  • Previous experience in a highly physical job preferred

  • Receptive to working long hours in a damp, humid area which can get very dirty and be very busy

  • Ability to lift and move industrial size cooking equipment

岗位职责

  • Wash, rinse and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and all other galley utensils

  • Operate various cleaning equipment; clean all kitchen equipment and machines

  • Handle and dispose of chemicals and food waste

  • Responsible for proper garbage separation and recycling

  • Ensure Disney Cruise Line and USPH Sanitation requirements are met in his / her area of responsibility

  • Follow opening and closing procedures for all kitchen and production areas
