Requirements
Minimum two years galley steward experience in 5 star hotel or one years cruise ship
Previous experience in a highly physical job preferred
Receptive to working long hours in a damp, humid area which can get very dirty and be very busy
Ability to lift and move industrial size cooking equipment
Responsibilities
Wash, rinse and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and all other galley utensils
Operate various cleaning equipment; clean all kitchen equipment and machines
Handle and dispose of chemicals and food waste
Responsible for proper garbage separation and recycling
Ensure Disney Cruise Line and USPH Sanitation requirements are met in his / her area of responsibility
Follow opening and closing procedures for all kitchen and production areas
