Requirements
Minimum two years’ experience in the bakery field; working within a local/wholesale bakery, large hotel/resort and/or ship operation
Proven experience producing large quantities and varieties of breads, cakes, pastries, muffins, scones, cookies, brownies, etc.
Proven ability to work independently as well as on the night shift
Responsibilities
Mix, proof, and portion all bakery products within set guidelines and procedures
Monitor and ensure opening and closing procedures for bakery and production areas
Additional duties as directed by culinary management
