任职资格

  • Minimum two years’ experience in the bakery field; working within a local/wholesale bakery, large hotel/resort and/or ship operation

  • Proven experience producing large quantities and varieties of breads, cakes, pastries, muffins, scones, cookies, brownies, etc.

  • Proven ability to work independently as well as on the night shift

  • Mix, proof, and portion all bakery products within set guidelines and procedures

  • Monitor and ensure opening and closing procedures for bakery and production areas

  • Additional duties as directed by culinary management
