Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Constructon Management or Equivalent
  Competencies Required • 1-3 years working experience in Project Management (with Site Experience has added advantage

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of building construction activities, Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is an advantage.

• Personal qualities: Hard Working, Willing to Learn and Take Initiative, Adaptable, Honest, Can Work in a Team, Passionate to Explore New Technology, Excellent Communication Skills, Detail Oriented, Punctual

• Prepare Master Work Programmes (MWP)

• Prepare Progress Reports

• Advice Management on Project Status

• Advice Management on Mitigation Plans

• Prepare Mitigation Work Programmes

• Organize Coordination meeting with Design & Technical and Production Department

• To verify work done on monthly progress claim and variation order if any.

• To assist in monitoring and controlling construction progress according to the MWP.

• To prepare Extension of Time (EOT) Claims in collaboration with Project Operational and Support teams.

• Collaborate with BIM team to prepare BIM 4D (Construction Visualization) for Projects.

• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.

• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
