Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service, front desk, or hospitality role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with reservation systems or clubhouse management software is an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, articulate, and professional demeanor.

Aptitude for quickly assessing situations, identifying solutions, and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
岗位职责
Warmly greet and welcome all members and guests upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously.
Provide accurate information regarding clubhouse facilities, services, events, and local attractions or amenities.
Assist members with various requests, including making reservations for dining, sports facilities, meeting rooms, or other clubhouse services.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries for members and the clubhouse.
