Position Title: Civil & Structural Engineer
Working Location: Tuas
Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Alternate Sat, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Phone Allowance
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Report to the Manager or Team Leader and complete assigned project tasks.
Study ISO requirements, technical drawings, project scope, and contracts.
Collaborate with consultants to resolve technical issues before construction.
Submit work plans for approval and execute tasks on schedule.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality procedures, and EHS standards.
Maintain a clean and organized site.
Manage quality by tracking records, analyzing results, and improving processes.
Control project costs, minimize material damage, and reduce wastage.
Avoid rework or delays.
Perform other duties as assigned

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
2 years of experience in the construction industry
Experience with HDB projects.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well with a team are key to this role.
Good communication skills are necessary for working with stakeholders and other teams
