Position Title: TCM Therapist
Working Location: Orchard Road
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Sun: 10am – 8.30pm) (rotational shift)
Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Provide TCM therapy services such as Tuina (healthcare massage), cupping, gua sha, and other treatments offered by the clinic.
Assist TCM physicians during consultations and treatments when needed.
Deliver good patient care and ensure a comfortable, professional clinic experience.
Attend to patient enquiries and support customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms.
Carry out other duties assigned by the clinic supervisor or management.

At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Massage or TCM-related certifications are preferred.
