Responsibilities
Hiring Customer Service Officers (Baggage Storage) at Changi Airport ️
Salary $2,350 + $100 night shift allowance
Fixed shifts available (Afternoon / Night)
This is only for Singaporeans and PR
Salary $2,350 + $100 night shift allowance
Fixed shift schedule
Changi Airport Terminal 3 — air-conditioned and comfortable
6 day work week
Fixed shifts:
Afternoon: 2:40pm – 11pm
Night: 10:45pm – 7:05am
Job Scope
Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Handle cash and card transactions for baggage storage
Perform bag wrapping and upselling of baggage services
Accept and issue baggage deposits according to SOP
Maintain store cleanliness and image
Job Requirements
Able to carry up to 25kg luggage
Basic English
Good interpersonal skills and team player
POS system experience is a bonus
