Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation/Logistics
Position Title: Operations Executive
Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday: 1.00PM – 9PM) (Saturday – half day, on remote standby)
Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the complete life cycle of air freight shipments, from origin to final destination, ensuring on-time performance.
Coordinating effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling teams for seamless movement and timely delivery of goods.
Provide proactive and responsive customer service, quickly addressing client inquiries and effectively resolving any shipment-related issues or delays.
Ensure the accuracy of all shipment records and documentation, including arranging necessary customs paperwork and creating AWBs.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, identify opportunities for efficiency gains, and propose improvements to enhance overall service quality.
Support projects and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
