We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and positive IT Officer to join our team at Anchors Academy – a private school established by Anchors International Education Group and Early Light International Holdings.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for the school’s staff and students, providing excellent technical support, managing IT and AV infrastructure, and ensuring all school events run perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the IT helpdesk, providing technical support for staff and students across hardware (MacBooks, Windows PCs, iPads) and software.
• Infrastructure: Maintain and support campus network infrastructure, Windows/Apple environments (Active Directory, Office 365, JAMF), endpoint security, and educational platforms like eClass etc.
• AV & Event Support: Manage multimedia hardware and set up/operate AV equipment for school assemblies, ceremonies, and special events.
• Asset Management: Handle IT and AV asset management, including procurement, inventory tracking, hardware/software security audits, and warranties.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant IT support experience, preferably within an educational institution.
• Practical hands-on experience with hardware trouble shooting, basic networking, and AV systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and empathetic approach to user support.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese, knowledge in Putonghua preferable.
• Able to work independently and meet the tight deadline
• 5.5 day work week
