Job Summary
A corporate relationship manager manages and grows high-value portfolios for business and institutional clients, acting as the primary point of contact for financial, lending, and advisory services.
Responsibilities
Drive new business origination and deepen existing client relationships to increase wallet share and portfolio value
Manage a designated portfolio of corporate accounts by monitoring financial performance and mitigating credit and operational risks
Identify and propose financing, lending (bilateral and syndicated), trade finance, cash management, and treasury solutions to meet client needs
Prepare detailed credit proposals, conduct financial evaluations, and perform annual portfolio reviews aligned with risk policies
Collaborate with product specialists, risk teams, and legal departments to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience of 3 to 5 years in corporate banking, relationship coverage, or financial analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
Strong credit writing, financial modeling, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of corporate finance products and industry-specific market trends
