Job Type: Full-time
Salary: S$4,000 - S$5,000 / month (Depending on experience)
RoleOverview
We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager specializing in Plumbing & Sanitaryworks, bridge the gap between project management and site supervision, ensuringinstallations meet strict quality standards, safety regulations, and projecttimelines.
KeyResponsibilities
Site Execution:
Oversee daily operations across multiple construction sites. Ensure plumbing and sanitary installations align with blueprints.
Resource Allocation:
Schedule and deploy site supervisors, direct workers, and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
Material Control:
Monitor procurement, delivery, and inventory of critical fixtures to prevent site downtime.
Compliance & QA:
Ensure all works strictly comply with PUB regulations and BCA standards.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Attend site meetings with main contractors, PEs, consultants, and developers to resolve technical bottlenecks.
Safety Management:
Enforce strict WSH protocols to maintain an accident-free environment.
Requirements
Experience:
at least 5
years of site operations/supervision in Plumbing, Sanitary in Singapore.
Technical Skill:
Deep understanding of Singapore building codes, PUB standards, and structural layouts.
Leadership:
Proven ability to manage construction workers and subcontractors under tight deadlines.
Attributes:
Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
