• To assist our Building Manager/Executive on M&E matters.
• To supervise and ensure all places of landscapes and gardens are clean and well maintained.
• Carry out repairs and preventive M&E maintenance work in accordance to the schedule.
• Assist in monitoring all works being performance by outside contractors and service providers.
• Responsible for alerting the Building Manager/Executive of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.

Requirements :-

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing/Air-Cond.
• 1-3 years working experience in highrise building.
• Good discipline - those always on MCs and Emergency Leave, please don't apply

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
