Responsibilities
Salary package:
Basic + Allowance + OT Pay + Bonus
Working days:
Monday to Friday
Location:
project sites
Key Responsibilities
Document Control & Archiving: Create, track, and archive project files, binders, subcontracts, purchase orders, and official correspondence per company guidelines.
Project & Financial Support: Assist Project Directors and Managers with cash flow statements, client progress claims, project insurance, and master schedules.
Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination: Follow up on critical project paperwork—including claims, certificates, and delivery orders—and order office/site supplies.
Administrative Operations: Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems, attend team meetings, and help implement new operational procedures.
Qualifications
N/O/A-Level qualification or higher
Minimum 1 year of construction industry experience (M&E environment preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Meticulous, self-motivated, and eager to learn
