Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for customer development and channel expansion to achieve company sales targets.
2. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, solution negotiations, and business negotiations; follow up on order completion.
3. Maintain relationships with new and existing customers, conduct regular follow-ups, and improve customer repurchase and retention rates.
4. Coordinate with factory production, quality inspection, shipping, and logistics.
5. Promptly handle order exceptions, after-sales issues, and customer complaints; coordinate internal solutions.
6. Develop sales plans and monthly/quarterly performance targets, break down tasks, and follow up on their implementation.
7. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring efficient cooperation between production, warehousing, finance, and other departments.
8. Assist in market development.
9. Promote and implement new product sales plans, regularly report overall business progress and work status to superiors, and control business and payment risks.
10. Handle daily office tasks, document organization, data entry, organize business and import/export related auxiliary data, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in manufacturing sales, order processing, or business management, and familiarity with factory production processes and basic foreign trade processes;
Possess strong overall management, data analysis, and cross-departmental coordination abilities; able to independently handle unexpected business issues;
Proficient in Microsoft Office software; meticulous, responsible, and with strong execution skills; able to handle both sales and clerical work;
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Ready to work any shift.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
Able to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and weekends.
