Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily welding and fabrication operations on site.
Ensure all welding works comply with safety standards, project specifications, and quality controls.
Inspect completed welds, joint preparations, and structural assembly works.
Manage and guide welders, fitters, and site workers to ensure productivity and safety.
Prepare site progress reports, material requests, and coordinate with site engineers.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in welding supervision, structural fabrication, or piping works.
Good knowledge of welding processes, safety regulations, and quality inspection standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and site management skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
