Job Description:

• Monitoring and control site progress, including but not limited to project administration, project cost control, contractual/ technical matters and project management;

• Frequent and effective liaison and communication with main contractors, sub-contractors and government regularly on project progress and performance;

• To ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building Engineering or equivalent;

• Member of HKIE or other recognized professional bodies highly preferred;

• 15 years' relevant experience in building construction works, with at least 3 years’ experience working in the capacity of Project Manager, experience in re-development;

• Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills;

• Proficient in Mandarin with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
