Material Planner

Responsible to ensuring the materials calculation are accurate and quantity are adequate to support production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

· Calculate required quantities for raw materials, components, accessories and other production materials using our material calculation software.

· Accurately input relevant product and order information into the system to generate material quantity requirements.

· Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and overstocking. Ensure stock are always at availability level to support production operation.

· Conduct weekly stock check with warehouse team. Prepare stock check report and submit to management.

· Issue Purchase Order to place order with suppliers for materials in low stock level. Follow up closely with the delivery schedule to avoid delays.

· Work closely with the Production, Sales, and Warehouse department to ensure smooth in daily operation process.

Requirement :

· At least 1 year of Material Planning experience in Furniture Manufacturing industry is preferably.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Material Calculation Software. (Training will be provided)

· Good in communication and interaction among team members.

· Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as well.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
