Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to support the development, documentation, and coordination of MEP BIM models for projects in Singapore.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP, and the ability to develop accurate and coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models from engineering drawings and design information.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models based on drawings, specifications, and engineering information.
• Prepare plans, sections, details, schedules, and model-based documentation for project deliverables.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions, site conditions, and project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
• Assist in identifying clashes and coordination issues and support their resolution.
• Review BIM models for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Extract drawings, schedules, quantities, and relevant information from BIM models when required.
• Follow project BIM standards, modelling procedures, naming conventions, and submission requirements.
• Work closely with engineers, BIM coordinators, architects, and project teams to deliver BIM outputs within project timelines.
• Maintain accurate model information throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant MEP BIM Modelling experience is mandatory.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, MEP, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP engineering and construction drawings.
• Understanding of BIM modelling and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and construction documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Singapore.
