OMCORE is a fast-growing fashion and sportswear brand in Malaysia, expanding across retail stores and e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and result-driven HR Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview arrangement)
• Manage staff attendance, discipline, and performance
• Handle employee issues and provide solutions
• Prepare HR documents (offer letters, warning letters, etc.)
• Maintain employee records and HR system
• Support daily HR & admin operations
• Handle payroll processing (salary calculation, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.)
• Prepare payslips and maintain payroll records

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree
• At least 3 year of HR or admin experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
• Able to handle difficult employees when necessary
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Result-driven and not afraid of challenges
