Key Responsibilities

• Manage products/services, pricing and sales under the MRO business, covering rotating equipment, marine, power generation and Oil & Gas industries
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers
• Prospect and build a strong customer pipeline through various channels and networks
• Develop marketing and business development strategies for potential clients
• Engage with clients and conduct presentations, including C-level and mid-level stakeholders
• Develop proposals, including budget/pricing, proposal writing and contract negotiations
• Understand customers’ business and supply chain needs to develop suitable solutions
• Analyse market and business data to identify opportunities and improve business performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Work closely with internal business units and support functions to support the end-to-end sales and negotiation process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Development or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales or related field
• Experience in MRO, engineering, marine, power generation or Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen with good analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Able to identify leads, develop business opportunities and build strong client relationships
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work independently with initiative
• Comfortable engaging and negotiating with mid-level and C-level stakeholders
• Willing to travel when required

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
