Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, debit notes and official receipts.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Process supplier invoices and payments and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules and accounting reports for management.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure all accounting records and supporting documents are accurate and properly maintained.
• Assist with audit, tax and statutory requirements and provide documents when required.
• Monitor cash flow and company expenses and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure all accounting activities comply with company policies and accounting standards.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents and other departments regarding accounting matters.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
