• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Record transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Ensure transactions are properly supported with valid documentation.
• Process supplier invoices, debit notes and claims.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment vouchers and support timely supplier payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve outstanding items.
• Assist with invoicing and issuance of debit/credit notes.
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances.
• Reconcile customer statements and maintain accurate records.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash position and assist with cash flow tracking.
• Assist in month-end closing activities.
• Provide documents and information required by auditors and tax agents.
• Maintain and update accounting data in Sage 300 and other relevant systems.
• Assist in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents, both softcopy and hardcopy.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and finance projects assigned by the superior.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
