Job Requirements:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, business unit leaders, and senior management to enhance visibility and drive collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans aligned with company strategy and objectives.
• Partner with Executive Management to identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver innovative business solutions.
• Define and implement sales strategies that support the company’s vision and leadership goals.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication across teams to reinforce sales objectives and strategic priorities.
• Lead and prioritize sales initiatives across multiple teams and phases, ensuring customer solutions align with business objectives.
• Implement and manage multi‑channel sales strategies, leveraging market research and competitor analysis to recommend improvements and strengthen market positioning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of related experience in selling IT Services in APAC region
• Experienced in managing a portfolio of $30M USD and signing a single large deal (TCV) $20M USD is a must
