AUK Logistics Malaysia Hiring! Full Time Customer Service - Import-Export Documentation Executive Air - Ocean Freight in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

• Handle day-to-day customer enquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, transporters and other service providers.
• Handle import and export shipments for both air and ocean freight.
• Prepare and check shipping and freight forwarding documentation.
• Handle Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), commercial invoice, packing list, delivery order and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate import/export documentation and ensure documents are complete and accurate.
• Follow up shipment status, vessel/flight schedules, arrival information and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with customs declaration teams and ensure the required documents are provided on time.
• Arrange trucking / delivery and coordinate with warehouse or transport teams where required.
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively update customers regarding any delays or changes.
• Check freight and destination charges where applicable.
• Assist with billing documentation and ensure shipment information is accurate before invoicing.
• Maintain proper shipment records and filing.
• Handle customer complaints or operational issues professionally and follow up until resolution.
• Perform other duties related to freight forwarding operations as assigned.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
