Responsibilities
5.5 Days Per Week | Sunday OFF | 9am-6pm (Mon to Fri) | 9am to 1pm (Sat)
Location: Jurong Port Road
Basic Salary: SGD 1.7K to 2.3K with OT (depends on skills & experience)
Extra perk if there consist Class 3 driving license manual type
Key Responsibilities
Picking, packing, and labeling daily parcels for delivery.
Plan and manage staff work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, and packing.
Prepare operational reports, summarizing daily/weekly stock movements, team productivity, and PO status.
Sort incoming goods and maintain an organized storage system.
Coordinate with delivery drivers and managing inbound shipments.
Operate pallet jacks and manual order pickers safely.
Conduct regular cycle counts and spot checks to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring 100% stock accuracy.
Ensure the warehouse remains a clean and safe working environment.
Collaborate with other departments for ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
Minimum SPM Certificate holder.
Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
Must be comfortable handling loads up to 15kg.
Must be able to use a pallet jack and manual order picker.
Proficiency in Mandarin language and English communication skills.
Must be able to work a 5.5-day work week.
